MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) is a protocol that allows electronic musical instruments, computers, and other devices to communicate and control each other. MIDI files contain musical data, such as note on/off messages, pitch bend, and control changes, which can be used to recreate a musical performance. For this analysis, a MIDI file of "First Love" was created using a commercial MIDI sequencing software.
